These terms describe the rules that apply when you use PrivateVault.

Using PrivateVault

You may use PrivateVault for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for the content you store and for maintaining access to your device, PIN, and backups.

Availability

We work to keep PrivateVault reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may evolve as the app improves.

Subscriptions

Optional premium subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimer

PrivateVault is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by forgotten credentials, device loss, deleted backups, or use outside the app’s intended purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Effective August 22, 2026.
